You can unlock this by beating just 1 other AI manager.

1. From the main menu, Start New Game > Fantasy Draft > Quick Start.
2. Set Format to "Knockout Cup". Set Two-Legged Ties to No. Set Who Can Join to "Local Players (Hotseat)". Click "Next".
3. Click "Create Competition". Select/create a Profile.
4. On the Club screen name your club and stadium. Click Confirm.
5. Click Add Manager > Add AI Manager. Select any manager and click "Confirm". Click "Begin Draft".
6. Click "Ready". Click "Finish Picking" then "Skip rest of picks" and "Continue".
7. Hit "Confirm" to select any captains. Then continue. On Team Selection, set "Gegenpress" > Choose a formation > 4-3-3 DM Wide > Confirm.
8. Hit "Quick Pick" in the top right.
9. Click "FD" in the bottom left and "Save Game". Click Submit team and play through the game.

If you win the game, you will unlock the achievement. If not, simply reload your save until you do.
