Start a Fantast Draft competition against an AI manager. Set it to a one legged knockout cup and add 1 AI manager. Holiday every match, choosing to create a new competition every time. After 10 wins this will unlock.

I found the most efficient and effective way to gain this achievement was to start a fantasy draft, in league mode.

1. Start a new game
2. Fantasy Draft
3. Create Draft and choose League Format at the top, with squad budget being unlimited
4. Load game database
5. Create competition
6. Choose manager profile, choose kit and create club
7. Choose 25 AI managers and begin draft --> Click ready
8. Click finishing picking and choose yes. Then click skip rest of picks (it'll pick for you). Then click continue.
9. Choose captain
10. Home --> Actions --> Go on holiday and click use current tactics and team selection

Now it'll holiday mode the game and then you'll be able to achieve 10 wins within the league format. If you miss a few, click create new competition and it'll reload with all of the above and holiday again until you get your wins.
