The easiest way I’ve discovered for this is to start a new save in Icelands second tier as IA. The seasons are short and they’re favourites to win the league. I loaded into a real world save as them. Set up a 4-2-3-1 gegenpress set al responsibilities to staff and holidayed using current tactics and it popped first season.

Kept getting sacked as IA manager in July. I went with Leiknir instead, in the same league and got promoted first time. Cheers
