This can be done with just making a knockout tournament in draft mode with yourself and 1 Ai Manager.
Make sure its loaded as a knockout cup, Pick all your draft players, Now go to home button then go on holiday let the tournament end you may win or lose it.
Soon as it says do a new competition go yes and just keep going on holiday keep doing it until you have won 20 times.

All popped on the way using the same method.
My input is that The Greatest unlocked for me after 31 wins and having at least a win percentage against the AI manager of 50%. It may pop sooner than 31 wins but that is when I got back on level wins with the AI Manager.
