How to unlock the You Can Buy Happiness achievement in Football Manager 2024 - Definitive Guide

This may not unlock if you either delegate transfers or go on holiday.
Start a new game as Europe> England > Man City, game mode Your World, quick start - style, tactics, set pieces do not matter
Once the game is loaded use the FM to add a new manager for Spain > First Division > R. Madrid again - style, vision, tactics, set pieces do not matter
On both managers go to staff > responsibilities and take control of all transfers (or everything and you'll have to deal with a couple extra emails later on)
Using the Man City Manager navigate to R. Madrid and make an offer for Vinícius Júnior for 14M (rest default)
Using the R. Madrid manager navigate to squad, Vinícius Júnior, transfer, add to unwanted list, sell for any price.
You can now advance the game using space - the offer will go through and you will negotiate a contract - default promises - 450k contract - remove yearly pay raise.
One or Two weeks later after hitting space a bunch the achievement will pop (the friendly games can be delegated and ignored)

Thank you so much - worked like a charm! He wanted a 10% raise salary a year which I couldn't give - only 5%. But just gave him some more money in his salary and everything was fine. Had to apply for a work permit but was settled on the 9th of july. Thank you again!!
