Football Manager 2024

I know a lot of people just sim and hope for this to unlock naturally, however I don't like the uncertainty of this so I do the following.

To get the majority of achievements I use Man City, during the season you will be entered into the FA Cup. In the 3rd Round you will very very likely be drawn against a Championship or Lower side. Due to the difference in squad quality you can obliterate them easily.

In the tactic screen create a 2nd tactic where all of your players are on the sides of the pitch (LB, LWB, LM, LW, LS, RB, RWB, LM, LW, RS) this leaves the middle of the pitch completely exposed which the CPU will charge through to score! Once you go 2-0 down, pause and change your tactic back to your main tactic. This can be a finicky process because it is likely you go 2 down before 30 minutes in, so if you swap back straight away you may score before half time and need to swap back. Play around with it but you should be able to make it to half time down 2, and then come half time swap back to your main strat and fuck em up.

Make sure you make a save before the game so if this goes wrong you can re-try

I personally did this against QPR this year in the FA Cup and was out of there within 20 minutes with the achievement.

This can be unlocked by taking advantage of the "Add New Manger" feature and a bit of luck.

Before you start a competitive match, add a new manager by pressing the "FM" button on the top row, and then pressing "Add New Manager". If you already have another profile set up, you can just press "Use Profile", otherwise create a new profile and use that to start managing the team you are just about to face on your main character. After skipping through all of the introductory information, save your game.

Start the match and immediately pause it. Change the tactics of one of the teams to open up a massive gap in your defence (by putting them further up the pitch) and swap your striker for your goalkeeper. Your defence should consist of your full backs/wing backs and a striker in goal.

The other team should relatively easily score a couple of goals, provided that they are halfway decent or at a similar level as your other team (may take a few attempts). Once you reach half time whilst being two down, swap the teams and change the tactics back to what they should be. On the team that is two up, change EVERYTHING, put your keeper up front, your striker in goal, put your centre back on the wing. Just do everything you can to ensure that is easy as possible for the other team to score lots and prevent this current team from scoring again.

Took me a couple attempts with Celtic to beat Borussia Dortmund this way. If you don't manage it, complete the match and load the save up again.

Honestly best way to get this I found, since it is very RNG heavy some times, was to start a campaign with PSG, give over all responsibility to staff, and go back on holiday indefinitely, there’s a chance of it popping before being fired after full 3 seasons (if you haven’t gotten the unsackable reward yet) the other club I’ve had it work on was with Celtic, doing the same thing.
