I'm not so sure about the "or" in this solution. The choices for Game experience and football knowledge are separated, so you can't choose either or.
For me, I was concerned that if I mentioned I have game experience, they will skip the induction, so I deliberately said I've no experience. I also said I've good football knowledge.
These brought me through a series of slow tutorials (not sure if it'd be the same if you make other choices), which include a closed door game with the reserves. The achievement only unlocked a few days before the league season commenced.
