Simply select PSG or Man City (whichever financial powerhouse takes your fancy).
There are two ways to go about getting this achievement
Quick but not guaranteed or slower but guaranteed.
Quick - Go on Holiday. Just go on holiday indefinitely. As you are the strongest team in the league the likelihood is you will win and as you will be at the top of the league it is very possible you will win a domestic cup along with the league.
Slower - Save Scum. Before each game just save, and then do instant result. If you win carry on. If you lose, then reload the save. Do this for a whole season and the achievement is yours as you will win everything!
