I have completed 3 seasons with AC Milan (Serie A) winning almost every match and the 99% of the other achievements. Unfortunately It seems that this achievement Is available only in premier league, so I suggest to combine It with the "challenge Master" achievement. Start the "invicible" One (the faster) with Manchester city, simulate all matches ( you must win otherwise you miss the challenge). You Will earn the manager of the month award in 4/5 matches.
