I'm not sure if this is 100 percent foolproof but this ended up being one of the last achievements I completed which helped in the long run because I unlocked several bonuses that I used for this.

Start a new campaign with PSG and then go to "Advance Setup" and ensure that Ligue 1 is the low/only league running ("one league from on nation"). Choose Perfectionism, Dedication & Leadership as your principles and accept the vision. Make a save and then delegate everything to the AI. Then go to the store under the FM tab followed by the wallet and use the following perks if available.

No Sacking, No Transfer Windows & All Players Interested.

Honestly I'm not sure if the latter had any bearing but I used that. Now go on vacation indefinitely and to be on the safe side "Reject all offer". Little by little PSG should continue its dominance and stay in first. Since your team is already the best and there are no transfer windows it should only be a matter of time before everyone drinks the cool aid.

All in all this should take about three hours or so as I got the achievement in December 2029.

Not really a guide if you can't guarantee results! Tried this method Half a Dozen times now without success and its my final achievement needed so not like I don't know what I'm doing!

Got to 2031 on the above guide and no achievement.

Going to try again - must be totally RNG based on AI choices of transfers.

To guarantee this achievement, do everything DynamiteJonez has said but instead of holidaying for years, go on holiday for 2 or 3 games then check the scores if you have won then save and then continue to holiday and if not just reload the save and try again, I also made sure to win friendlies as this did help. I only signed 1 player manually which was Leroy sane at the start of season 2 to improve the team and let the assistant sign the rest. This took me 90 minutes and unlocked october 2025

This should not be a guide, tried over 6 times and nothing. Some people may have got lucky, but a guide should not be entirely luck based.

Tracked to 90% at best.

Also no transfer Windows means you can buy and sell when you want, how transfers use to be.

I got this really easily, whilst going for Well-Oiled & Manager-OTY achievements. Managing Man City, I signed Dante, T.Silva, Coates & Pepe (only T.Silva played any minutes) - and save scummed to win every game.. Well-Oiled popped mid-Nov, and 11 Devotees popped just before the Champions League final, end of May. Save-scumming felt way slower than going on Holiday, but did it first attempt so probably quicker.
