So for anyone still having trouble I ended up starting a save as Man City and picked Dedication, Leadership and Consistency as my principles then I signed 3 players with high leadership skills, the players I signed were Sebastian Coates, Pepe and Anthony Losilla. They are older players so they don’t cost much, this meant I had at least 4 players in every mindset category. I then played the season as normal saving before every game when I got to the team selection screen and then using the instant result until I won that game by the time I got to December of 2023 the achievement popped.

It’s also worth noting than none of my players were devoted to me in the buy in screen and I never even played the 3 players I signed in a single match.
