How to unlock the Like Clockwork achievement in Football Manager 2024 - Definitive Guide

So for anyone still having trouble I ended up starting a save as Man City and picked Dedication, Leadership and Consistency as my principles then I signed 3 players with high leadership skills, the players I signed were Sebastian Coates, Pepe and Anthony Losilla. They are older players so they don’t cost much, this meant I had at least 4 players in every mindset category. I then played the season as normal saving before every game when I got to the team selection screen and then using the instant result until I won that game by the time I got to December of 2023 the achievement popped.

It’s also worth noting than none of my players were devoted to me in the buy in screen and I never even played the 3 players I signed in a single match.

Worked perfectly and popped a couple of days into December. Another Cheap leader option to consider also Is Phil Jagielka who’s a free transfer

Worked perfectly on second attempt - extra note on this is to make sure you win every game, I took whatever result came as I thought it wouldn't matter but was in mid-Jan and didn't have the achieve. Restarted and won every single game and had it in mid-Nov as everyone else has said.

Ive followed this chosen the same principles, bought the 3 people and won every league match, cup game etc so far ive come across doing the save scumming tip and im yet to unlock it currently in feb 2024 so im now purely think this is random

We choose PSG, we buy 2-3 players with the leadership parameter 19/20 (for example Pepe, Dante, Ramos, Coates)
We assign responsibilities to the staff other than selling players
We are going on vacation for 2 years.

All you have to do is live up to your contract. PSG told me to play attacking football. I took part in transfers, bought players for the future. I didn't dump players whose losses were upsetting. If a player showed dissatisfaction, he responded in a way that would make the others happy. And of course, I had to win everything in a row.
