This is one of the simplest achievements because unless you have the worst squad of all time, someone will always want one of your players. Whenever you get an offer simply accept and then once the player agrees to a contract with the other team just confirm it.
If you don't want to lose the player then simply save before accepting the offer. Once you have the achievement then reload your save and carry on.
If you want to force the matter, pick a player that would be highly sought after (e.g. Erling Haaland) and offer him to clubs way below value. Any decent team will come up rushing in for him.
