Football Manager 2024

This one definitely seems glitched at the moment. Seeing some other comments, I tried the below method and it worked very quickly for me. I believe this will be the fastest way to unlock this.

I tried (and finally succeeded) with Bath City in the Vanarama South (England) and saw that they only had 5 training categories.

I went in to the training tab, took control and set each focus to run for the following week every Monday. Once the defending week was selected, and I had moved into the week where it was actually taking place, I went on holiday indefinitely and the achievement unlocked about a minute later.

For a slightly faster time, I'd recommend going into staff responsibilites and setting everything but first team training to the assman.

Dont worry from the early guides and comments. The achievement has been updated and fixed now. Simply select a new general team training focus for the upcoming week, no matter which one. During that week you can select another one for the next week. Repeat this process for 4 weeks. Achievement tracker also works to check the progress. Got it on the first try in my regular save game.

I’m afraid this one is quite tedious and maybe even slightly buggy. The way I achieved it was to take responsibility of first team training (which is in staff > responsibilities) and then changed the focus every Monday in game. I made sure every-time I changed the focus that it was not one I had picked previously. I did this for about 8 weeks with no success, I then however rebooted my game and the achievement popped in the loading screen.
