Select Man City or PSG (Whichever financial giant suits your fancy)
The simplest way to achieve this is to save scum and go invincible for the year. Aim to win 32-24 games (or just win the lot if you are greedy). I won this achievement on my first attempt, same as last year on Console. As you are winning every game the likelihood is you will be scoring a lot. Along with that PSG have Mbappe and City have Haaland both are generational talents that will score freely.
As far as tactics go with the Console version, I used Man City and just played the suggested tactic with no alterations to instructions or additional player instructions. Haaland, Ederson, Dias, Gvardiol, Rodri, De Bruyne, Grealish, De Bruyne, Bernardo Silva, Stones, Foden... the squad is just too good to lose more than rarely.
Delegate all staff responsibilities and you should be able to zoom through the season.
