This method requires two accounts to work together in sync doing the exact same steps:
1. Setup a game in the same league for other achievements sake (wins against each other etc.)
2. Promote a player from academy who is 1-star grade to first team
3. Skip ahead to first game of season and START the 1-star academy player for the full 90 minutes (this is important - they need to play more than approx 60 mins).
4. Sell the players to each other.
The achievement should pop on completing the sale. It's really important that they play a game, as that seem to be what forces this to work

You don't need to do this. Just play a normal career. Add a second manager, sell a player from one team to the other (the two you are controlling) and pop goes the chievo.
