Football Manager 2024

This achievement seems to have plenty of people unlocking it but there are a few of us in the forums who simply couldn't get it to work. Thanks to the SEGA developers they suggested a team to use to get the achievement. So if you just want this one the method below works. I do believe using the editor in any way voids this achievement but you can get it in about 10 minutes without using it.

* Start a new career and when you get the option of the game mode select "Your World"
* Pick Watford in the English Championship as your starting team, they will start with a transfer budget of negative £28m. This can be seen on the right of the "Finances" screen
* Once it loads go to the FM icon at the top and add a second manager. Pick Man City from the English Premiership for that manager.
* Use the Man City manager to make an offer on Watford's players Yaeser Asprilla for £30m and a second offer on Ismaila Sarr also for £30m. I used those players because they are two of the most valuable Watford players and if you make a bid too far above someone's market value the board will block it. £30m for each of those guys is about the maximum the board will permit.
* Accept those offers with the Watford Manager.
* Once those two player sales are confirmed the achievement will unlock.
* If you look in the Finances screen after the player sales get confirmed you should see the transfer budget has gone to positive £1.4m

If you are using a different currency from £s you will need to amend the values to suit.

I accept this is only one way to pop this achievement and there will no doubt be others. If this does or doesn't work for you please let me know in the comments rather than voiting negative.
