Doesn't matter you need to come back the next season to see the results I guess. And seeing that nobody has earned this yet I assume may 16th will be the first date for many players. Others are gonna have to wait until the 3rd season which could be July or august

I totally agree! I was checking this one daily on the game and on TA to see if someone got it because usually the next season is instant not an entire 2-3 weeks lol. Glad I could find a start date!

Hmm.. looks like someone DOES have it already though.. if you go to the achievement list it shows on the bottom that "0.01% of gamers unlocked this" so idk how but i'm guessing it glitched for some lucky person and they got it already.

They could have hacked it because it's not possible until may 16th.....

You are forgetting the beta, game testers, etc, they might have already run a season, so when the game already came out, it unlocked when they started the new season.

That being said, does anybody know of new achievements coming for this game with the two new characters and new maps? i haven't been able to find anything concerning this.

This info came from xboxachievements.org and I saw that they said 2 new characters and maybe 1 new map if I'm not mistaken. I was in the beta so there still isn't a possible way of obtaining this as this is their "first" season. That being said the ONLY time to get this so far is MAY 16th. You have to deploy units in 1 of 5 rounds and then come back the next season to see how you did.

I noticed someone mentioned backing out to the main menu worked... in currently working for the next 8 hours so I won't be able to check till later this afternoon PST try backing out to the main menu and see if that works psilocybin

restarted game, went to main menu signed out signed in, played matches deployed assets, tried it all mate, nothing :/

didnt pop for me at first so did a couple of dominion games, then backed out to menu and into my social tab (Y) and then it poped. Might just take some time.

Confirming that playing a match, manually deploying war assets, and returning all the way to the main menu unlocks the achievement.

None of the above worked for me, including reinstalling. Guess I have to wait for season 3.

reinstalled game, removed account then added it back, restart console, ubisoft support, microsoft support .... still no achievement. i hate this game, and hate ubisoft even more, i knew this would happen

Oi , Played a match , returned to the main menu and achievement unlocked

Going to social by pressing y at the main menu fixed it for me. I did play a few matches before. Thanks for the suggestion Holbath!

Thanks sneaky! Not sure why I'm being down voted when I've explained everything that's worked for me and most others... it's not my fault the games achievement didn't unlock just give it a week or so for it to unlock

I'm more tepid about this but I didn't downvote either.

The people who downvoted won't come forward because they know they would look stupid or they don't care because they are just trolls. I have always been behind mandatory comments for downvoting solutions (because I believe that's how we can make better solutions for the community and remove troll/butthurt votes) but unfortunately I have always been met with anger at this prospect, which I've never understood.

Nope season 1 was available it's just a matter of playing. PVP or PVE match and deploying your assets at least once at the end of a round

No, and it seems like ubisoft aren't aware of a problem here. I've heard talk about a patch for reservist but not for for honor!, which, granted it's kind of hard to find info on an achievement that has the same name as the game.

People are still popping this so I doubt the timing is that strict.

I played every round of Season 3 and just came back for Season 4 and no achievement. I have played a few matches and nothing

Can confirm that I had to complete a match in the new season and back out to the Main Menu in order for the achievement to unlock. Not sure if it makes a difference but my team won the match I played.

Success! Lost a match trying the new Event playing against AI campaign heros, and forgot to deploy war assets afterwards but wanted a rematch anyway, and won the second time, deployed war assets manually afterwards and backed out to main menu. Was actually planning on quitting. Dashboarded and went to hit quit on the game menu and the achievement popped right then. This was also probably during the first Turn/Battle which are now in 12 hour shifts instead of the old 6 hour changeover.

I played an off season for a bit and at the start of season 3, I got the achievement. So I just think the achievement is a bit wonky. Like the 5 round achievement. I played 5 games and got 20% every game and it just popped. It will pop for you eventually.

Yeah, I've taken part in campaign 4 and 5 of season 4 and the off season. It'll probably pop on campaign 4 of season 5...

Went live 2 hours ago.

Just logged in. Played one game. Deployed troops. Exited to main menu. Approx 30 seconds later the achievement popped. Oh happy day.

I think this achievement is unobtainable from now on.

How so?

AS far as I can tell, we're currently in season 7, but a season 8 is planned. So this should still be obtainable.
Plus there have been a slew of unlocks today as well.

I played season 7, and now we are in post-season. Do I have to wait until season 8 actually starts? I see some people got the achievement yesterday. I have not gotten it yet. Maybe the people who got the achievement yesterday were people who last played season 6?

You need to wait until season 8. People yesterday may have played it a while back on a season and just started it again yesterday

Edit: Did about 5 games, then exited to main menu, then it popped.

Has anyone still not got this achievement? I have done everything mentioned above and still no luck. I also have every other achievement in the game including marching fife expansion but still haven’t received this :/

I think you need to look at the achievement as I thought the same thing. We are currently in an off season. The achievement should unlock at the start of the next season

Can you unlock this achievement at any point in the season or does it have to be the day of the season release? Also does it matter if it’s in two separate years? Because I played Marching Fire which was the last season of Year 2 so would I be able to get this achievement in Vortiger, the first season of Year 3? Or does it have to be different seasons in the same year? Please reply, thank you.

Just got this randomly. Finished a match of Dominion then went to customize my hero and it popped as soon as the screen came up. Little weird but glad I got it now

Definitely still broken. Just logged in and viewed results of last season in which I completed the entirety of the multiplayer achievements within. The achievement did not pop. Hoping it will pop at some point randomly or I will be waiting for another season

Year 5 Season 3 dropped today, I played a match, deployed troops and went back to the main menu and the achievement unlocked without any issues, if it was broken before, it works now

I got this on 16th, but didn't get by playing, manually deploying and going to main menu initially. For me I logged to a news item from the right side of the main menu ie Internet explorer to the site to look up last seasons results, through the xbox signed into the ubisoft account, backed out to the game then doing a match, deployed assets, and backed to main menu after doing all this my achievement popped. It has never been clear how to look up results from the game so this step maybe what is causing difficulties. I hope this may help.

People shouldn't downvote a solution because the game has screwed them. I just need to somehow get to rank 5 and I'm out. That's easier said than done though because I finish roughly 1 in 10 games because of errors. It's truly shameful that they spend all their effort adding crap that you can pay for when the main core of the game is so unplayable. Yet people are filling their pockets regardless, which is why they don't care. If everyone actually stopped playing and paying then they would fix the server issues but this won't happen obviously.

Still no joy for me. Tried what the above comment said, and no dice. Could it be that I only got the game part of the way through season 4? And I have to come back after witnessing an entire season?

For clarity, over the last few weeks I've been checking people that have recently unlocked the achievement. After checking approx 30-40 people not a single one of them started the game during season 4. I've had someone who started the game 3 days before season 4. So it seems that people who started the game in season 4 aren't unlocking it during season 5 for some reason. Hopefully they announce a season 6 and it can be unlocked at that point.

Just updating info and summarizing for anyone looking for a workaround...since I still don't have this achievement even after the possible fix all I can say is that unlocking it is entirely luck-based still (due to the fact that the recent players unlocking this achievement show as unlocking it today, yesterday, and the day before all during the off-season)

Summary:
-I started this game either right before season 3 started during the off-season or right at the start of season 3. I played most of season 3 (might have missed round/battle 2). Did story mode.
-Seeing the comments, played a couple games during the off-season between seasons 3 and 4 to see if it would unlock and it didn't. Anxiously awaited the start of season 4.
-Beginning of season 4...nothing...so I worked on the remaining MP chievs and unlocked everything before round/battle 4 except For Honor! seasons chiev...game sitting at 98%
-season 4 is now over, played a couple games in the off-season between seasons 4 and 5 and manually deployed war assets to see if it would unlock...nothing

Attempts at a workaround:
-I've cleared my MAC address for a different game, but all the same, this forces a hard reset of the Xbox, amongst other things
-I've tried a hard reset/reboot of the Xbox by holding my finger on the power button for 10 seconds (again for another game)
-I've obviously played during the last 2 seasons and 2 off-seasons and I have used the manual war asset deployment (to finish that other achievement), the war banner war asset deployment, and the general distribution after a game where if you don't use the war banner or manual the game auto spreads your troops/assets
-I have visited all of the in-game menus; social, store, etc. and fiddled about.
-I loaded the Ubisoft Club and fiddled about, accepting free extra content
-I loaded the finished Story Mode and fiddled about
-I've basically spent time just about everywhere in the game outside of chiev grinding so see if the For Honor! chiev was just delayed....I've even loaded other Ubisoft games which sometimes works for their chievs that have synch problems...

So...for anyone else...sometimes doing one of these things might help you and the achievement will pop...but so far no luck for me...my last theory is that the achievement skips a season and can possible get this in round 1 of season 5...wish me luck
