Easy achiemevement, you just need to set up a 4 characters group.
After selecting the classes and the customized apperences, you will have the possibility to spend up to 5 points for each character for your initial gear (potions/erbs/armors). Select them in order to spend all total 20 available points.
Note that you cannot assign the same item to multiple characters.
If you want a better starter pack you can buy additional stuff in Lore Shop.
