The most annoying Scourge to fight in my opinion, if you have gold he will steal it, then attempt to flee, usually successfully. Then you have to start the fight all over again. As his evade is high it is well worth using all available focus to ensure you defeat him swiftly to avoid having to repeat the fight and potentially lose gold too!
