This is very easy to achieve and can be done on local co-op. Ready up 3 characters - I found using the Treasure Hunter (if unlocked) speeds up the process due to their 'treasure chest' ability but it's not necessary.
The objective is have 1 character obtain 100 gold and get to Lucky's Vault (which has to be discovered). It's a small map and shouldn't take more than 30 minutes - although it has to be done on Journeyman difficulty. To speed up the process give all gold collected to 1 character. Once the gold is delivered the achievement will pop and Lucky will reward you with a lore store unlock (either clothing, a lantern backpack or a pumpkin head). They are classified as 'Midnight' and cost 1 lore each to unlock.
If you want all 3 Midnight items, Gold Rush has to be completed 3 times as only 1 will unlock each run.

It's worth noting, this is even easier than written.
*You can choose 3 treasure hunters as your players
*You can log all 3 players in on one controller even though it's "co-op". You don't even need to log in under separate profiles.
*I didn't fight a single battle. I sold all my possessions, and ran around until I triggered treasure chests. As every treasure hunter starts with a treasure map and a few herbs, you basically start w/20 gold a piece.
*There are a hefty amount of stone statues about, which help with the 50 statue achievement. You can use all your focus prior to tributing to move around the board more.
*You have to find Lucky's vault as a random tile, but there is no battle, you just show up with 100 gold and you win.
Overall, very low stress achievement. Takes 5-8 minutes.
