You unluck this by reaching level 4 on Hildebrant's Cellar. This is the endless dungeon mode. There will be boss fights at nearly the end of level 3.

Obtained during the "Hildebrant's Basement" story campaign. You need to go through at least 40 rooms (4 dungeons with 10 levels each). Recommended characters for obtaining the trophy: Huntress (walks quickly, disarms traps for "Combat Readiness", deals good physical damage), Minstrel (disarms traps for "Talent" and "Luck", has useful abilities for the team, makes money from air, can inflict both physical and magical damage, as well as impose various buffs for the team or interfere with opponents), Monk (built-in healing for the entire group, disarms “Strength” traps, can be made into a tank or mage).
I personally went through this stage.
