If like me it didnt unlock straight away for you: save and quit the game, force close it and then load up your save and it should unlock.

The situation with this trophy is the same as with the trophy for all instruments.
It has been impossible to get the trophy for several years now; it simply does not drop out. The author does not update the game, the bug has not been fixed.

You can get the trophy, but you need to roll back to version 1.00. The easiest way, in my opinion, to do this is to use PSX Helper (the guide is easy to find). Please note that there will be no Nuclear update, the maximum tier for items is demonic, which blocks access to trophies from the update.
