How to unlock the Completionist achievement in Forager - Definitive Guide
I'll be starting this guide from top of the feats list to the bottom. The feats in bold mean they have an achievement tied to them as well. I will have pictures and videos for more complicated or difficult to explain ones, however they will be kept as a secret and you can access them at your choice. I highly recommend doing CTRL and F at the same time on your keyboard and type what you are looking for as this guide is lengthy. Any questions please contact me in DMs or leave a comment. I tried pushing this out as fast as possible for everyone so you might see an error or two. (I'm not perfect)
Every game is different. For example my fire temple can be in a different location. Because of this I can't explain where everything is in this guide.
Edit 1:JackdUpOnMtnDew has brought it up to my attention that he's having troubles with completing a dungeon without getting hit to unlock the Unscarred feat. So you might want to save one of the dungeons for the late game where you start one shotting to avoid this bug happening to you.

Tycoon: (own 10 lands and 5,000 coins) - Pretty straight forward start working on banks when you are able to craft them but until then use the forge to turn gold ingots to coins.
Miner: (mine the giants crystal) - Eventually after buying lands in the winter biome you'll find a miner destroying a giant crystal. However make sure you talk to the miner before destroying it as some people have had issues with it not counting if they didn't.
Royal: (gather royal steel or royal clothing) - I wouldn't suggest rushing to get this done you'll need plenty of it down the line but you unlock royal steel and royal clothing when you learn the craftsmanship skill in the red category of the skill tree.
Gemologist: (have one of each gem in your inventory) - You'll need amethyst, ruby, emerald, and topa2. Once you have those four in your inventory you'll have this one complete.
Tough: (have 10 max health) - You'll start gaining spirit orbs from doing fetch catches for the npcs and miscellaneous little puzzles around the map.
Tomb Raider: (complete the ancient tomb) -
Pathfinder: (complete the skull maze) -
Ice Breaker: (complete the crystal cave) -
Demon Hunter: (complete the fire temple) -
Ancient Astronomer, Skull Astronomer, Frozen Astronomer and Fire Astronomer: (solve the ancient, skull, frozen and fire galaxy puzzle.) -
Unscarred: (complete a dungeon without taking damage) - I highly recommend waiting until late game when you have rods upgraded and when you use spirit orbs to get more damage where everything you kill one hits. Chaoticsoldier recommended going into the desert temple and be in the door way between the entrance and exit of the boss room as you won't take damage. You should be able to slowly kill the boss with a rod or a bow once you find the right position.
Occult: (perform a challenging blood ritual) - Once you find a heart sacrificing chest in the skull maze or in the underworld area of the map, you can start trading out health for all sorts of things. What you are looking for is the one that says "summon challenging enemies". Kill all the enemies with your sword, if you manage to kill three with one swing you'll also unlock Swordmaster.
Jester: (fail miserably at a trivia minigame) - Eventually you'll see the a jester and he'll start playing a trivia game. All the answers are incorrect so you can spam A to get through it faster if you'd like.
Sharpshooter: (kill an enemy with a single arrow shot) - Having the bow upgraded will be helpful. Shouldn't be too much of a hassle. If it is just wait till your damage gets upgraded late game when everything one shots practically.
Swordmaster: (kill 3 enemies or more with a single sword slash) - Look at Occult feat description.
Winner: (win the jackpot at a slot machine) - Slot machines can be learned by going right in the yellow skill area tree three time. However, learn this skill last as this is the most useless skills in the game in my opinion. Then in this game you tap for the first slot, again for the second slot, and for the third slot. You can either time it or keep spamming A till you win.
Greedy: (kill a magic deer) - You'll find a couple deers in one are of the winter biome. Simple walk up and kill one.
Monster: (kill all giant beets) - You'll find the giant beet family somewhere around the start of the game depending on your spawn location. It's as simple as walking up and using your pickaxe.
Duelist: (win the ice wizard challenge) - In the winter biome their will be an ice wizard which request 10 bones. Then it'll be him and 3-4 other wizards fighting you. Fairly easy fight kill all of them and feat completed.
Rainbuddy: (use a bottled rainbow) - You can either buy it form the shop or make a bottle and use it near the rainbow which you unlock in the starting biome.
Robotic: (activate a droid) - Easiest way to do this is by going to a heart sacrificing chest and you might have a chance of finding the one boon which gives you a droid.
Bomberman: (have 3 bombs active at once) - You can make 3 bombs with 3 steel, 6 jelly and 12 coal in the cauldron. Once you make them just have them equipped in your hud and spam to spawn them in.
Spelunker: (dig up an archaeology item) - Once you upgrade your shovel and have better chances at finding these items from digging, you should be able to find one of the four archaeology items. Theirs one per biome. If you have shrines you can activate them and sometimes they might spawn dig spots and more than likely with a good upgraded shovel you will find one.
Gourmand: (eat a gem) - You must unlock calciverous in the green section of the skill tree (2nd row from the bottom and 2nd from the left. However, I wouldn't rush this as gems are valuable in the beginning of the game.
Hopeless: (die 10 times) - No explanation needed.
Destroyer: (kill 100 enemies) - No explanation needed.
Jealous: (have 100 jelly in your inventory) - You get jelly from buying jelly in the marketplace or by killing slime. Simply have 100 on your person.
Disgusting: (have 100 poop in your inventory) - You get poop from the marketplace or by animals. You can speed this up if you have animal feed and use it on a cow and they give a good amount of poop.
Angler: (catch 50 fish) - If you have fish traps setup from as early as possible you'll eventually have this. I completed the game with over 100k uncooked fish.
Hoarder: ( have 1,000 items in your inventory) - Hold 1,000 things in your inventory, doesn't have to be the same item.
Big hoarder: (have 5,000 items in your inventory) - Hold 5,000 things in your inventory, doesn't have to be the same item.
Irrigator and Harvestor: (water 100 seeds and plant 100 seeds) - Once you make the water shovel you can start watering the ground and then plant 100 seeds.
Wealthy, Millionaire, Billionaire, Trillionaire: (100,000 coins, 1,000,000 coins, 1,000,000,000 coins and 1,000,000,000,000 coins) - You can follow AFreakinCabbag3's achievement guide for 1,000,000,000 coins.
Smelter: (craft 500 furnace items) - Use the furnace 500 times.
Mint: (craft 2,000 coins) - You have to use the coin option in the furnace 2,000 times. I would wait till late game when you have so many golden ingots and have no idea what to do with them.
Treasure Hunter: (open 10 big treasure chests) - This will be unlocked through natural progression.
Digger: (dig up 50 items) - Natural progression with the shovel.
Artisan: (craft 10,000 items) - Natural progression
Constructor: (build 200 structures) - Natural progression
Champion: (open a skull chest) - You can find these in the graveyard biome
Waterproof: (build on top of every water tile) - You will have to cover every piece with bridges or any other item that goes in water. I personally used the land fill option as it didn't lag the game compared to bridges.
Secret Finder and Enlightened: (find 3 secret rooms and find every secret room) -
Marksman: (shoot 100 arrows) - Wait until you unlock the quiver for your bow that way your bow doesn't need arrows to be crafter and you can fire infinitely.
Acrobat: (dodge 10 attacks) - As you upgrade you boots you'll get percentage dodge chance increase when an enemy attacks. Simply dodge 10 attacks from enemies.
Daredevil: (dodge a lethal attack) - Be one hp and dodge a lethal attack.
Pillager: (destroy 100 gravestones) - You'll find gravestones in the graveyard biome, simply destroy 100 of them.

Extrovert and Diligent: (talk to every npc and complete every npc quest) - If you find yourself missing one npc you could be missing the ghosts npc which is only visible if you walk up to him. He spawns in the winter biome. You can follow the link for what npcs have quests here and what they require and what rewards they give out.
Druid Helper through Fox Helper - Simply bring what the npc requires to the npc themself and eventually you'll have helped everyone.
Master Forager through Curator - Once you realize you have enough resources of one item you can donate a couple to the museum. Eventually you'll have everything completed. When you complete all them you will unlock an achievement.
Skillful: (learn every skill) - Simply level up to level 65 to unlock all skill points needed.
Imperialist: (buy every land) - Natural progression
Treasure Master: (open every big treasure chest) - Link for all treasure chest locations.
Tool Collector and Accessory Collector: (collect every tool and weapon as well as collect every accessory) - This means upgrading all tools, weapons and accessories to their maximum level respectively. Natural progression.
Seal Collector: (collect every seal) - Link for all seals and how to unlock them.
Artifact Collector: (collect every artifact) - Natural progression
Completionist: (achieve every other feat) - Natural progression
Void [Scout, Explorer, Champion and Master] - This is in the late game when you can make a sigil maker and produce a void portal. This is difficult and would highly recommend to have as many droids as possible, fire and ice rod upgraded whichever you prefer more. Luckily you don't have to complete level 30. You will get an achievement as well when you hit level 30. Another helpful tip from JackdUpOnMtnDew, upgrading gloves for faster attack speed and boots for increased movement helps alot. Using bloodfury cocktail (increasing damage and causes explosions) and thunderstrike (damages enemies constantly with electrical attack) helps a lot killing spawned enemies. I killed the bosses that freeze you first, the electrical bosses and slime bosses will follow you around so while you're killing the other enemies they will put themselves in harms way.
Illuminator: (light all torches in the skull maze) - Link for skull maze pathway.
Other Worldly, Galactic and Radioactive: (Getting a void, cosmic and nuclear tier gear) - Natural progression
Summoner: (obtain a sigil) - Can craft these from the sigil maker.
Slime Regicide, Bone Regicide, Not A Monster and Toxic Vanquisher: (Defeat the slime king, skeleton king, dark beet, toxic guardian) You can make these sigils in the sigil maker.
Coin Collector: (make 1,000,000 coins using banks) - Prolly the last one you'll unlock, simply make a bunch of banks next to each other. I did row of 5s all the way down until I couldn't make anymore. The one shrine boon will help that reduces the cost of building costs. Sometimes you might be able to craft an extra few to speed this up. Ace has brought up the idea of trying to get a 5x5 setup of banks as you progress through the game that way you won't have to chug along with 50+ banks at the end of the completion leaving your Xbox on while you afk. This is meant for the people that went towards the end game and didn't follow Ace suggestion or forgot to do it them self. Power plants will speed them up. If you put a row of power plants 1 space to either side of your rows of banks you can maximize coverage. And Builder Scrolls also speed up banks if you want to actively work on the grind credit goes to Hoarder23 for this method.
Unlimited Power: (upgrade all rods) - Link for what the rods require to be upgraded and how to find those items.
Mad Scientist and Productive Master: (upgrade a structure to nuclear power and own 100 nuclear structures at once) - No need to rush this one. Make nuclear machinery when you're able to. Once you have 100 and no need for any structures for production then start spamming it on the industrial buildings. You'll also unlock an achievement after 100 nuclear structures.
You should have everything completed by time you get down here. Congratulations for completing Forager.

Build 100 nuclear structures before getting nuclear gear as you can destroy the structures to get the materials back then instantly max all your gear, this can save you up to 60 nuclear machinery and a bunch of boss/void farming.
Coin collector should be prioritised asap. Build 4 power plants surrounded by as many banks as possible, have dozens of furnaces crafting mostly bricks with a good bunch of ingots, a few steel, and some glass (glass just for lighthouses for other farms) the materials for these are easily obtained pretty much infinitely from a mining rod/quarry in a lighthouse farm and sand from digging in a lighthouse farm, with the builder buff from shrines you can easily make over 30 banks if not close to 50 within a short time. The production speed buff from shrines and builders scrolls boosts the production rate significantly too so keep those active as much as possible. To put it into perspective a bank with 4 power plants makes 60 coins per minute so with 30 banks it would take 9.25 hours, and 50 is 5.55 hours. Also you don't have to collect the coins so don't worry about making your banks hard to access, just cluster them all together.
Make sure to build power plants before other structures as they're bugged and randomly lose their effect, this doesn't seem to happen if you build the power plants first.

Coin Collector is awful, it will be the feat that requires the most grinding but power plants will speed them up. If you put a row of power plants 1 space to either side of your rows of banks you can maximize coverage. And Builder Scrolls also speed up banks if you want to actively work on the grind

1st off, Krispy Charmz has a great guide, so follow that, for sure. I just needed to add some specific points that I've noticed have been a big issue for a LOT of people. (This is also included in the comments on Krispy Charmz's guide so you could find it there)
Okay so some points on the feat, WATERPROOF...
I had everything done except building on every water tile. Covering all the water tiles with buildings and bridges wasn't good enough for me. Just wouldn't work. After I had literally everything else done, I took the obliterator to every single structure possible (pickaxe on bridges, dont want to make more holes in the dirt than you already have) and went back and used landfill on every single water tile. Bridges bug out too easily and there's no way to know which one is the culprit.
Secondly, placing difficult tiles around towers and the rainbow are much easier to do when you've maxed out your stats and other gear. You swing/place blocks so fast that you can just get next to the difficult tile and wiggle your stick while holding the attack/place button (RT by default, I think). Takes a second but it'll drop it eventually.
If you plan to follow these same steps, make sure you have enough landfill to fill the holes BEFORE you destroy everything. Shouldn't be an issue at the end of the game but 10k was way more than I needed. Hahahaha Good luck peoples.
