I’m not sure if it’s the quickest method but I got this whilst farming exp. Make sure you have the industry skill unlocked if you want the exp.
Firstly acquire as many wood and berries as you can. Then find some water and create as many fish traps as you can. You should get experience each time you create one. Then destroy the fish traps you’ve just placed and you should get your resources back and rinse and repeat. The more wood and berries you have the more fish traps you can create and more exp you get. I would also recommend using water between two pieces of land just to make sure you can pick up your resources.
If you keep doing this you will keep levelling up and also build 200 structures for the achievement.

I never thought of doing that, im going to try this out later.
for the heads up to everyone else but as you go through the game, more structures will need more resources. for example if you made 50 fish traps the number of resources will go up meaning you will need more than what you needed before

Or...keep the fish traps down, and mass produce cooked fish and eat the fish for XP as you actually play the game?

Possibly cheapest and quickest way to "build" 200 structures is place, remove and replace traps.
I built eleven traps to use while farming money and legendary gems. After about 10 rounds of this, replacing the traps gave me credit for 200 structures.
