I found the best way to farm this is by loading up the level "Building 3" via the "Chapters" option in the main menu. Follow the only path through the level until you enter a building full of enemies. From there, it'll just be a matter of sneaking up behind enemies, pressing to trigger the takedown sequence where you mash to take them down. You can easily get about 6 stealth takedowns in the one section, possibly more if you can target the two guards on the lower section of the map as well. Simply exit out to the main menu, load the chapter again and repeat the process. 😁
