You'll automatically pick up your Telekinesis power as you play through the game (in the chapter "Rude Awakening", to be more specific). The base Telekinesis power is all you need for this trophy (). Once you have the ability, you'll notice as you play through the game that moveable objects will have a little hand symbol on them, letting you know that you can pick up and throw them. For this trophy, you need to throw 50 of these objects. In order to throw them, however, you'll need an enemy alive to be on the receiving end of the toss. If an enemy has a shield, the tossed item will remove their shield. If they're not shielded, the tossed item will kill them instantly. Each hit, whether it removes a shield or kills them, will count towards this trophy. 

If you've finished the game and are still short on thrown objects, you can grind these out in the chapter "Building 3". In the large open room inside the building you need to get through will be plenty of objects you can throw at your enemies. Toss all the ones you can find, then let the enemies kill you to reset the chapter. The autosave/progression towards the combat-related trophies is very forgiving so even if you die over and over again, every hit you make will count towards the total required. 

Once you've nailed your 50th enemy with an object thrown at them, the trophy will unlock.
