This achievement is for hacking all the turrets in the Lussuoso Club in chapter 4. After making it through the club and speaking to the owner, you must leave out the way you came. There will be 4 turrets laid around the main dance hall of the club that you must hack with the directional prompts that appear when close enough. The first one is in front of the bar, the second you should hack on the platform overlooking it at the bottom of the stairs, the third is to the far left side of the room, and the fourth is facing the exit. Stay crouched between all the turrets as they spot you more easily if you are running. I only ran down the stairs after the first turret and crouch walked to the others. Requires some patience and timing to stay out of the line of fire, especially for the third turret on the left side.

After you confront Kyklo for The Red Herring 
, you'll need to escape Lussuoso Club. Instead of the normal enemies, you'll have to make your way past 4 turrets. You can try and run past them (and fail miserably), or you can hack them to turn them off. In order to do so, you need to sneak up behind them and put in the correct code on the D-pad (it'll be a standard 4 button sequence). When done properly, they'll power off and you'll be able to get by. You need to hack all 4 turrets to unlock the trophy. Please reference the walkthrough video provided under One Click Away
