The ability to lift enemies is a implant upgrade (bottom middle) that costs 2 experience. Once unlocked you have to bind it to either 
or 
then aim at an enemy with 
and press whatever button you bound to lift them.
You don't actually have to lift 50 unique enemies and instead you can just lift the same enemy over and over. I'd recommend when in a combat section just waiting till there is one enemy left then you can just farm out your lifts without having to worry about getting attacked.
After using lift 25 times you will also unlock:

You won't be able to get this trophy until you unlock your Telekenesis powers and also unlock the Lift ability in the upgrade menu. You'll automatically learn your main Telekenesis ability as you play through the story (in the chapter Rude Awakening, to be more specific). From there, you just need 1 EXP point to purchase the "Lift" ability in the upgrade menu. Make sure you actually assign the ability to a button. For the sake of your sanity, you can even assign the ability to all 4

. That way there's no mistaking what button you need to hit to use it.
You don't need to lift 50 unique enemies. You can actually just sit there lifting the same one over and over again until you hit 50. To lift them up, aim onto the enemy with
, then press whichever button you assigned your lift ability to. This will pull them up in the air for a few seconds, leaving them vulnerable to attack. If you don't have this by the time you finish the game, you can easily grind out the 50 required by replaying the chapter "Bad Trip". Even though the enemies are AI, they'll still count towards the trophy.
Once you've used Lift the 50th time against an enemy, the trophy will unlock.
