After you open the second door you will leave the building you're in. Instead of flying to the right, fly up outside the building edge and you will find another entrance to the secret object.

Secret objects are Tetris-shaped pieces found in specific places across the map. A guide for their locations can be found here. After finding the first object, press next to the totems showing the Tetris pieces to unlock the way to the next object.
