Nubia is found on Level 3: Nuclear Power Station. Towards the end of the level, she'll spawn with a few other enemies. Bomb her ass and snag this achievement.

Like with other bosses you defeat, you'll get her skin with the kill.

I will provide locations for all bosses I find. I'm currently only in level 6. So far they've all been hard to miss.

Actually, Nubia is the hardest biker to find. She will appear in a specific room if you destroy all barrels (a room with two large alcoves on each side of the room; if you are in the corridor with a blue rail, turn back and go down the slope, she is in this room; it is the room which has the greater amount of barrels). To make sure to find her, destroy all barrels in the level.
