This one is extremely simple and will come naturally once you unlock it in Chapter 2. Hold 
to begin using flow and Frey will run with a golden glow on her feet. Continue running in circles so you don't waste stamina on jumps, and this will unlock after 20 seconds of uninterrupted running and/or parkour.
