How to unlock the Realized Potential achievement in Forspoken - Definitive Guide
For some reason this is the same as the paragon trophy and just unlocks once you had enough mana to get all 105 spells
Despite claims from others... this is not for unlocking all the spells in the game... it's for unlocking all the spells that you unlock with mana... you DO NOT need all the spells unlocked from pools to unlock this Trophy.
Forspoken is chock full of different spells (and levels of said spell) that you can get your hands on. For the majority of the spells you simply need to follow the main quest, dealing with the Tantas as you go. Including the earth elemental one you start with, you’ll need to amass 4 spell sets (1 from 3 of the Tantas, plus your original one), and when you do, you’ll need to unlock every spell that comes with it.
There’s 105 spells in all, although 93 only count for this trophy. It’s worth bearing in mind that the abilities earned by the Founts (see Call of the Fount: Beatified ) do not count towards this trophy - although they do towards the Paragon trophy.
To unlock all 93 spells, you’re going to need over 3,000 Mana… which is a hell of a lot of Mana! To get this amount just keep your eye out for the incredible amount of Mana deposits dotted around the world as you go, and everytime you level up, you’ll also get a nice batch of Mana too. So, while going for the Explorer: Trailblazer trophy, if you keep an eye out for them, you’re going to amass a healthy amount of Mana deposits without veering too far off the beaten path.
As long as you don’t rush it, this one will absolutely come with time, while you roam the open-world for the other trophies, collecting Mana deposits as you go.

You will need a total of 3200 mana to unlock every spell in the game that can be purchased from the menu. There is a separate achievement for the 12 spells that are learned from the Founts. You will begin the game with only Frey's spell tree, and as you complete major points in the story you'll also unlock spell trees for Sila, Prav, and Ola. Once you purchase every skill in all four trees, you will unlock this achievement.
As mentioned in the Road Map, be sure to collect the blue mana pools you see in the game world. Also be sure to complete any side passages in the locked labyrinths, try to get the best score in the Flashbacks, and complete any point of interest that reward mana. 3200 is a massive number since you get less than 20 mana per level up, and the rest comes in a slow painful drip from the other activities. That said, I did complete all the other achievements in the game with about 800 mana to spare, so I probably could have spent a little less time collecting the single mana pools as I explored the game world.
