THIS IS AN ENDGAME TROPHY.
Once you beat the game and are in chapter 13, find the lady from the archives, Joe. She will be on the steps a bit down outside the archives. There is a "?" On the map for her. Complete the Lost Lullabies detour quest. Once done, the game automatically puts you into the "blast from the past" detour. You can choose to complete it right away or hold off for the trophy.
Either way, when you are ready go to the top of Cepal where people are praying and pick all 4 people to pray for. Trophy pops after last one.

For this achievement you need to have completed the game and the "Lost Lullabies" detour. Once you have those two tasks done, head to the north section of Cipal and find a yellow question mark (?) on the map. Interact with it to be able to pray for certain people. Select all four options: Olevia, Robian, The Tantas (all unlock from story progress), and finally Cinta (unlocked from the "Lost Lullabies" detour).
