How to unlock the Tit for Tat achievement in Forspoken - Definitive Guide
At some point in the Forspoken story, you’ll unlock what are called “precision counters.” This is basically Forspoken’s parry system, although not as brutal as say, a Dark Souls game.
To get this trophy you’ll need to perform 10 precision counters (cumulative), which you do by pressing just as an enemy is about to hit you - you’ll know when it’s the right time, because Cuff’s shield-like shell will enclose you.
Just don’t button mash for this one though, as it won’t produce the desired effect for this trophy. As the game’s tutorial says, “If you really nail the timing, you will pull off a precision counter - an extra-powerful blow that will restore Frey’s health substantially.” A successful precision counter will say “Precision Counter” in the points tally that crops up on the right under the battle score.
To get this, just find some weakling out in the open-world, who’s all alone, and just grind this out if parrying isn’t your traditional way to play.
Or, head to Dianthus Wood’s Refuge and head down the hill to find loads of Breakzombies, who telegraph their hits significantly more than any other enemy do.

A Precision Counter occurs when you press at exactly the right time when Cuff activates its block ability. The block ability happens automatically if you have any stamina, and you'll notice a white glow around Frey for a split second. During that glow period is when you need to hit to activate the precision counter, which will shoot a projectile back at the enemy and push them away from you.
Note: Make sure you do not have "auto-dodge" turned on in the menu, or you will never block with Cuff, instead just dodging every incoming attack.
Warning: See the glitch mentioned in the Road Map that could affect this achievement. To be safe, get this achievement early in the game, or at least before Chapter 11 is complete.

To get the trophy, in the game settings, if you turned on automatic evasion, you must turn it off. We find a group of enemies, take damage (the bracelet blocks) and press quickly . The battle log should say "Precision counterattack". And so 10 times
