This popped up unexpectedly for me, so I didn't pay too much attention whilst doing it.
It is pretty straightforward though. You'll have to install yet another antenna when starting the mission, before the enemies will attack.
After that, start the storm activation as you will have on previous shield defenses and then get ready to kill lots of enemies.
There will be 5 waves, 4 of which will be timed (with the 5th wave being the longest at about 6 minutes) and 1 will require you to kill around 200 enemies.
Recommend doing this in a group, although I did it with one other player (2 did absolutely nothing, and had zero combat, building or utility scores). Also,lay down a lot of high powered traps (at least lvl 77) before you trigger the storm shield. The more traps the better; there's no such thing as overkill in these missions. There will be a mixture of enemies, with plenty of mist monsters thrown in. None of which will pose too much of a problem,as long as you have plenty of weapons and ammo.
I ran a Ninja with 2 lvl 130 weapons.
All in all it'll take you around 30 minutes to complete it.

Twine Peaks has a different format where you have to do a bunch of quests (around 45 missions) between storm defences. However, you can skip all the missions and just do the defences one after another if you're strong enough (or can join a stronger team) and still get the achievement.
