To develop a weapon or trap, you first need to upgrade the drawing to level 10. Then study the corresponding skill in the skill tree (just read the skill descriptions carefully, there are a lot of them there) and then simply collect the missing resources. The drop can be obtained by completing missions. Before choosing missions, read what you will receive upon completion. When you collect everything you need, you need to click “Develop”.
