Side quest, can be missed. It's the first quest after all the Canny Valley power level 46 side quests. It requires you to complete a category 4 fight the storm, introducing you to elevated Atlases.

Complete all the level 46 side quests in Canny Valley like the solution says.

The task will become available immediately after the second defense of the shield in the Things Valley (3rd city), you will need to protect 4 cyclops.
