Wreckage skills are for destroying property such as railings, signs, bushes etc. Earn 10 Wreckage skills and this is yours.

All of the "skill" achievements are incredibly easy and you shouldn't even have to try for most of them. In the case of "wreckage" skills, just smash into all of the little objects along tracks such as street signs. I actually unlocked this during a race without trying for it.

You'll know when you have performed one of the "skills" because it will display a little score near the top of the screen for it and say which skill it is ("Good [skill]!").

Simply crash into any obstacles on the streets. This includes lamp posts, phone nooths, garbage cans, and other loose items. Do this 10 times to unlock the achievement.
