After you acquire both the Nissan GT-R and Plymouth Cuda you unlock two events, travel to the Speed event to begin going for the Charger, maintain the speed in the event for 12 seconds. You then unlock a race against the Charger, beat the Charger and the car is yours, then fast travel to the garage from the map using

Well I have completed the game, I have 12 cars in the garage and all achievements but this one. Does anyone know how I could reset my savegame so I can do it all over again and hopefully get this achievement?

Before you do that check the achievement app to check its not 'Done!.. Unlocking'
You can delete your cloud save by managing the game in the 'my games and apps' .. app on your console, saves are far right.

Story related, cannot be missed. Unlocks after completing two events.
- The first event requires you to maintain a speed of 110MPH for 12-seconds.
- The second event is a street race in which you must beat the Dodge Charger.
The achievement unlocks after completing the street race and returning to the garage in the Dodge Charger.
