How to unlock the Too Soon Junior achievement in Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast & Furious - Definitive Guide

The first race you are given Nitrous is the street for Part 2 of acquiring the Supra.

Hold cn_LB to use Nitrous and once the blue bar on your rev counter is depleted the achievement is yours. As this is a street race you can easily tell when the end of the first half of the race is as it shows the percent the race is complete, so use the full tank before 50%.

If needs be you can restart the race once you've done this.

Note: Nitrous only fires when you are accelerating and you can ONLY unlock the achievement in a race and not a showcase or rivals event

Does it have to be with the Supra? I tried with the Jeep on the Chopper race and it did not unlock.

It didn't unlock for me in the Chopper race either, but I think that's because it's really a Showcase Event and not an actual race.

Check the achievement app and make sure the achievement isn't 'Done!... Unlocking'

Can be done in all race not only the supra. I've just got the achievement in the race to win the Nissan GTR .

No, it's all grey. I've just completed the game against the cargo plane, using all nitrous at the beginning of every race and still nothing.

Most of the comments on my solutions have been the Done unlocking thing but a few had achievements remain locked BUT they did unlock the next day on their own so perhaps wait a day, sorry.

Can't even use nitrous. I'm in a street race, I hold LB whilst accelerating and nothing happens, the bar stays full and I don't use nitrous.

pretty sure, manage to complete the game all the way up to the cargo plane race. Cant beat it because i cant use the nitrous towards the end

This one seems bugged for me, I can't use nitrous in any car or any event. Full blue bar but the button does not work. :(

Does anybody have a solution for this glitched achievement? I did beat the entire game but I was never able to use the nitro. I even changed the settings and the controllerlayout, but nothing worked for me so far.

You can't use nitro at all? I quick search reveals nothing, which implies there's no glitch with it.

Thanks for the solution, I hadn't seen this achievement until I was on the very last event chasing the cargo plane. I just loaded up the race mentioned in your solution (to the right of the Garage after you've chosen your car and exited), using the Maserati Ghibli and just keeping my finger on acceleration and Nitrous at the very start until it was out of juice.

Just a quick note that if you're using an elite controller you need to make sure the triggers are switched to full range, otherwise the nitrous won't activate regardless of which button it's mapped to.

You first gain the use of nitrous in the third race in the game in the "Acquire the Supra: Part 2" street race. Simply hold down  as soon as the race begins and continue to hold until you use all of your nitrous.
