To obtain the gold wristband you must get to

Level 150

It takes a long time however I found it a lot easier to lvl up in Online Road Trips than single player

Ignore the "it's not a race" comment when you're driving to a new event online too - completion bonuses for reaching the start marker before time runs out can really add up.

Im in the LVL 170, anyone know How can unlock this? :( is not pop it for me :(

This achievement will pop the instant you earn enough XP to achieve level 150
(I got there only by playing single player and completing 66 championships)

Each time you complete and event such as a race or a bucket list item you will receive XP. The value of this XP depends on the event and also what difficulty and assists you are using. The higher the difficulty, the more XP you will earn. As you begin to accumulate XP you will rank up and progress through the different wristbands. To obtain gold you need to reach level 150. This will unlock naturally as you work towards the other achievements and in particular "All Your Race Are Belong To Us 2.0" so there isn’t any need to grind it out early on.
