Win 2 championships Tier 6 and that will unlock the Gauntlet Event. Win the Gauntlet and the achievement is yours.

There is an alternate method to get this without having to enter an actual race event. Pick the car and go into free roam. Start a Head-to-Head race with a Drivatar, win the race and the achievement is yours!
You do not need to be on Storm Island for this unlock as it also works if you're on the world map of the main game smile

It will not pop for me doing a drivatar race. Not on main land, not on Storm Island.

Just one more thing: you have to Complete the first Gauntlet to get this car.

Once you have acquired the 2013 Robby Gordon #7 SST from the autoshow, choose the Extreme Offroad championship within tier six and continue to win the event for the achievement.
