How to unlock the Storage Hunter achievement in Forza Horizon 2 - Definitive Guide

There are a total of 10 barn finds that will randomly become available as you make progress through the game.

The rewards are as follows:
1. 1965 Alfa Romeo Giulia TZ2
2. 1984 Ferrari GTO
3. 1962 Ferrari 250 GT Berlinetta Lusso
4. 1973 Ford Capri RS3100
5. 1954 Jaguar XK120 SE
6. 1945 Jeep Willys MB
7. 1967 Lamborghini Miura P400
8. 1961 Maserati Tipo 61 Birdcage
9. 1973 Renault Alpine A110 1600S
10. 1963 Volkswagen Type 2 De Luxe

As one becomes available, a large white circle shows up on your map and you must locate the barn. Once that happens, the car is picked up, and a little later you will be able to pick up the repaired car from your garage. After picking up all 10 repaired cars, you will gain the achievement.

HINT: When you find the Barn Finds & they become ready at the garage under "BARN FINDS" you have to press cn_A on each one to add them to your garage for the achievement to pop! wink

Might wanna add that you have to be a certain level for the barn find rumor to be triggered. I think level 88 is the last barn find rumor.

I had all of them way before Lvl 88...they could just be time release or after so many miles driven, events/tasks completed etc.

In my stats it says I've restored 10 barn finds but my achievement tracker only says 9. I'm Lvl 85. Anyone else had this issue and still unlocked the achievement?

I've got all 10 barn finds and restored them, stats on Horizon say I've got them all, but the achievement hasn't popped and only states I've found 9/10 on here.

I collected all 10 over 2 weeks ago - my tracker says "Done...unlocking...", guess I'll have a wait a bit longer.

Same here. Restored 10, tracker says 9. Maybe when I fire up the game again. Who knows?!?

The game says I have found 10 cars but I don't add the option to add them to my garage. The achievement hasn't popped. Don't know what's gone wrong.

For some reason I'm unable to open one of the barns the game just told me about, specifically the Ferrari 250 GT one, does anyone know why this is happening?

Just a note to those that start Storm Island before they find all ten from the main game. The one in Storm Island DOES count towards those ten, as I found the Storm Island barn find last night, but only had eight of the main game finds. Found the next one in the main game just now, and the achievement popped.

I too am having the problem of showing I have them all In Game, but the Chieve has not unlocked. I'm level 80 now.

FYI: The Storm Island barn find counted towards this for me. It popped with 1 left in the original set of 10.

I was having major problems getting these rumors to show up, so I randomly clicked "Join Online Road Trip" from the map and a rumor appeared onscreen. After clicking that and restoring that vehicle, I tried clicking Online Road Trip again and immediately got another barn find rumor.

You could try that if you're having trouble getting them to appear.

Throughout the course of the game you will be told a barn find is available and a portion of the map will be circled. Somewhere in the circled area is an old barn and a new car. Usually the barn is off the beaten track and hidden amongst trees or generally out of the way but is easily recognisable as they all look the same. All you need to do is drive up to the barn and the car will be discovered and after a small amount of time your car will be ready to collect and drive.

Everything is the same as in the last part, moving through the Horizon championship, you will be informed that a rarity has been found, and a gray area will appear on the map. We arrive there and look for a barn, drive up to them and find 1 rarity, the other 9 will also be communicated by radio.

For a long time, friends did not understand why the achievement did not appear; in the garage you need to pick up an already assembled car, it is assembled randomly.

It's not a quick thing. Personally, the repair of the 10th rarity ended in the middle of the 38th championship... Sheds are activated extremely reluctantly. Unfortunately there is no manual activation.
