This is a natural progression achievement and is not missable.
In order to get this achievement, you must select a car in the beginning of the game, go on the first roadtrip and then win the championship at Castelletto. After this, complete the Showdown event and win the Ferarri, take said Ferarri on the roadtrip to Nice. When you get to Nice the achievement will pop.

Did exactly this but for some reason it hasn't unlocked. Anyone know why or how to fix it?
