So far this feels like the slowest online achievement to get doing normal online road trip sessions. Each road trip could contain 0~2 playground events, and you need to do about 100 road trips to get it.
It is fairly easy to boost with private sessions, though. Just host a virus event, and gets everyone infected as fast as possible to end the game.

I don't know why the other guides are telling you to do online roadtrips to get this when you can simply set up a private online freeroam session with you and another player and simply do 1 minute game of infection and you can tag each other which will get it done even quicker.
If you want to do this feel free as your boosting the 25 online road trips achievement at the same time. But i feel it is quicker to do this for the playground games and then go back to the online road trips later

These events appear in Road Trips and are usually King or Infected. Complete (not necessarily win) 100 events for this achievement. Can be boosted with two players doing Infected with a one minute lobby. Hit each other as soon as possible, infect, get credits, restart.
