Car: 2016 Ford Gymkahana 9 Focus RS RX
Race: Mountain Descent Rush (Top Right of the Map)
Recommended Tune: "Rush Descent" by "Maka91"

The needed car is awarded for completing the Kingmaker race at the end of the King of the Mountain events or can be found in the DLC cars menu. I would also recommend using my tune which was specifically made for this track. It's called Rush Descent and will most easily be found be searching creator name as Maka91. This tune includes widened tires for increased grip, adjusted gear ratios and downforce for improved acceleration and top speed as well as tire settings for grip and braking. All around, it should easily shave a few seconds off your best run. Now, before the race starts go to Progress, Skill Shop and purchase the Pull Rank skill in order to start the race in first position. Now complete the race as fast as you can to earn the achievement. You may want to turn off Stability Control in order to more easily get around tight hairpin corners.

For those looking to save credits and/or skill points, you don't need the tune or the skill perk. On my first attempt, I did it in 1:58 using the stock car (no upgrades) and starting near the back of the pack.

If you are attempting this race for the first time, don't use the Pull Rank skill as you need 6 pass skills to get one of the stars.

Great guide - set-up the car with the tune, went into the event and made it with 3 seconds to spare, first time. I didn't use the Pull Rank skill, just made my way through the field early on. My run also wasn't the cleanest so I could have done it at least a couple of seconds faster with this set-up. Thanks a lot!

The only race that I saw this possible from the rivals leaderboard is 'Mountain Rush Descent' which unlocks after 70 stars, thanks to Doc Buddha.

The car can be purchased from the DLC section of the car meet and go into 'View all cars' but it is also given to you for completing the final race.
The race is located at the top of the map as shown in this screenshot

The race is pretty straight forward and being a bit sloppy with a stock tune I managed 1:59 but ive uploaded a tune to widen the tires and increase the top speed a bit as on the final straight the car topped out but could easily do more.
The tune is called 'All downhill' but it would just be easier to search by creator (Spilner)

AL1 notes that this did not unlock for him by achieving the time in a championship race but Fuzzmeister J says it did for him. Id say King Of The Mountain or Rivals only just to be safe.

I much prefer the stock tune for the everyday, but your tune worked perfectly to just add that extra to the top speed. All you need in general is a longer 6th gear and you're good

For anyone struggling to unlock this purchase the Pull Rank skill that lets you start in First, I gave the race a go two times and both times I was a hair above two minutes. After getting the Pull Rank Skill and starting in first I got it on the first try with five seconds to spare so it knocked about 5-6 seconds off my normal time which on a race like this can make all the difference.

Done in rivals at first attempt without even trying very hard, 2 minutes is a very generous time limit. You don't need to do it in a race with other cars, or to have unlocked the race in championship mode, I don't have 70 stars yet.

OZRIC DUB the Focus RS RX won't show up normaly in the autoshow you either have to win the Kingmaker race to get it or buy it with 'in game credits' from the dlc cars section. No real money is required to buy it.
