There are 13 Beauty Spots in Forza Horizon 3. These are spots all across the map that you can drive up to and activate to see a little slideshow.

I too was stuck at 92% even after doing all 13, but I was able to fix it without visiting them all again on a new save. I also did not get the achievement for opening one of the festival sites, so I decided I was going to start a new game to get these two. First I deleted my local save, then I disconnected my console from the internet and booted the game. started a new game, then reconnected to the internet. as I was playing and building up to be able to open the festival site I needed for the one achievement, I noticed the tracker percentages for some achievements were going up, like the one for fully upgrading all sites. so I figured if I just went and did one beauty spot, it would count it as the one I hadn't done yet, and sure enough it popped, no need to go around to all 13 beauty spots again! and then once I had popped those two achievements, I closed the game, deleted the local save file, booted up the game, and it synced my original save, so I didn't lose all that original progress.

sorry for the drawn out explanation, but felt I needed to share this finding as it happened. hopefully it can work for others who have the same issue. I'll list the steps I took below:

1. delete local save
2. disconnect console from internet
3. boot game, start new game
4. reconnect console to internet
5. visit beauty spot (however many needed/didn't track originally) / or whatever else you need/want to do or fix
6. once achievements popped, close game
7. delete local save file
8. boot game, start game, original save file syncs from cloud, no progress lost

Happened to me aswell, same exact %age. Co-op might be to blame as we found a few spots online.

I ended up having to wipe my save and start over to get the achievement to pop.

I got this but was weird, the game had closed unexpectedly but when I lauched and waited some minutes the achievement popped up.
Definitely, this achieve needs bug fixes.

After traveling to all locations my achievement tracker was stuck. Tried viewing the achievement on my achievements page but couldn’t get it to unlock. Toast randomly popped a week later with the correct date. So just give it time if it doesn’t unlock immediately.

So, my game is showing 13/13 but my tracker is stuck at 92%. I guess I'm screwed now huh? I'm trying to re-visit all of the locations first to see if something triggers it. I'm going to be pretty upset if I need to do these all over on a new save.

I had issues with this one too. After you have found every location and it hasn’t popped, select the achievement on the guide, and then go to the game hub option for the achievement. That made it work for me.

Achievement tracker got stuck at 76%. Upon finding my last beauty spot it unlocked instantly. Achievement doesn't seem to be bugged, Achievement tracker does. Take in account unlocked in Dec, 2020

Seem to be the odd one out here. Tracker stuck at 84% with map showing all 13 visited, in game stats showing 13/13. Have visited them all again. Will try some tips from above but more in hope than expectation

Strangely.
13/14 spots is 92.8% so it’s like the game thinks there is one more to get for some reason.
But mine didn’t pop anyway. Will play and do most of rest of game. If needed by the end. Pop on a new save seems to work.

Like VOODOO85, I also am stuck at 84% with 13/13. It makes me think that the game now requires the two DLC beauty spots. However, that math doesn't check out as 13/15 is 86% whereas 11/13 is 84% (what I have). So, it seems the game didn't count two of them. Sigh.

Sometimes I approach a beauty spot and the prompt to press X goes away just as I get into range. I couldn't figure out why. It seems this happens when I was in a convoy. So, just make sure you aren't in a convoy if you are trying to pick these up.

I visited my last spot on 1/16/18, and the achievement didn't unlock. The in-game tracker said I had 13/13, but the xbox achievement tracker was stuck at 92%, like many of yours. I figured I'd leave it alone for a while, and even got other achievements since then. Today I happened to be working on my computer and loaded the xbox app, and I heard it pop on my xbox once it opened. Worth a shot if you have it stuck.

For those having the bug problem like i did (i collect them all but the track was showing that i had 93%), here's how i get it:

1. Go to your games and apps, on the Forza Horizon 3 and choose Manage game
2. Go to your save data, choose it and Delete from CONSOLE (Only local save! we don't want to restart the game all over)
3. On your X1 go to Settings - Network - Go OFFLINE.
4. Now start the Forza Horizon 3. It should start by you racing a car, then you will choose one car, with this car you will race 2 Exhibition and make a danger sign jump. After this you will upgrade your festival to level 2.
5. Only after upgrade the festival you will be able to search the beauty spots. Follow any guide that you have and collect all the 13 spots. Remember that you are offline.
6. Complete Close the game. Tap Xbox Button

, go to the forza horizon 3 and press menu button

and then close game.
7. Right now you can go ONLINE again. Tap the Xbox Button

and choose Connect to Xbox Live (It will take you to the Network screen, choose Go Online there). Wait until it shows your NAT.
8. Just to make sure that you got you achievement, go to your profile and then achievements. This will pop Backpacker achiev (Weeeehhh!!

9. Repeat the step1 and step2 (Go to your games and apps, on the Forza Horizon 3 and choose Manage game, in the save data choose to delete from CONSOLE one more time)
10. After the local save be deleted you can start the forza horizon 3. Your cloud save will be sincronized and you will be able to continue the game from where you stop. And hunt the challenges. And be happy.

If you open an attraction in co-op mode, it will not count towards the score. You'll have to start playing again to get the achievement. Luckily, every point of interest counts.
