How to unlock the Everyday I'm Shovellin' achievement in Forza Horizon 3 - Definitive Guide
For the people who prefer to actually see how these bucket lists can be completed and thus prefer visuals like I do, I found these vids on YouTube which you would've found yourself anyways.
Of course, it goes without saying, but the Blizzard Mountain DLC is required.
As with the base game, you won't have access to all 7 bucket list challenges right of the bat.
They will unlock as you progress through this small Blizzard Mountain "career" whilst achieving Star Ratings in different kind of events such as races (circuit, sprint), drift challenges, speed challenges, other bucket list challenges, ...
The last bucket list challenge (#5) will be unlocked once you obtain your 90th star.
OK then, let's get started !
For starters, a big thanks goes to DJKustoms who took the time to put these on YouTube and share it with the world.
Bucket List #1 - Take To The Skies In The RJ Pro 2 Truck
Bucket List #2 - Become A Mini Avalanche In The Mini X-Raid
Bucket List #3 - Dash Through The Snow In A 700 Horse Power Sleigh
Bucket List #4 - Smash Snowmen In The Bowler EXR S
Bucket List #5 - Make The Crowd Go Wild In The Ford Ranger T6
Bucket List #6 - Go Downhill Drifting in a the Ford RS200
Bucket List #7 - Reach The Summit Before Dark In The Stratos Group 4
(*) Edit (Bucket List 6): as suggested in the comments by MH The Rockstar, you might want to change the settings a little according to what the OP used. These were:
Assists used:
Braking - ABS Off
Steering - Normal
Traction Control - Off
Stability Control - Off
Shifting - Manual w/Clutch
Driving Line - Full
Damage & Tire Wear - None
I personally did it with the shifting left on Automatic because I suck at shifting gears while driving. I also want to add that I had good results by pushing the either left or right before entering the corner, followed by a quick tap on the brakes () and immediately giving gas again (). It is not always necessary to keep the pushed left/right. Sometimes, when your angle is good enough, just holding should be enough (after having tapped the brakes/)
Compared to the base game, these bucket list challenges are very easy to bring to a good end.
Any suggestions to improve this guide are welcome!
Thanks for voting thumbs up if this guide was useful.
Good luck!

The only one I had trouble with was #6 as I couldn't get any sustained drifts. Then I looked at the assists that the video poster had - nailed it first attempt.

The video combined with the assists for #6 did it for me, although it took a few tries. 3rd gear seemed to be my sweet spot.
