The vehicle itself costs 150,000 credits from the store if you are account sharing, but otherwise is free. I upgraded my car to S2 but after attempting this I do not recommend that, even with Traction and Stability control on you can lose control of the car very easily.
My favorite spot is the area right of Yarra Valley Horizon Festival, the road in between two fields. As stated in the other solution, you can use the 'Skill Song' multiplier to make this easier, but as shown I did it without, you will only need 50,000 with a 6.0x multiplier and will take less than 4 minutes to do.
Be very careful when driving through the fields, as the small hills can give you good air and good points on the multiplier, but can also cause you to flip if you are going too fast.
As shown it took an extra 30 seconds for the achievement to pop, so don't be alarmed if it doesn't pop right away.

It's possible to do some Hoonigan challenges without the Hoonigan DLC pack by using community bucket list challenges. Add the person's gamertag to your friends list. For me, the bucket lists didn't show up until about a day later, even after restarting the game.

Rockin' Horse - Twerkstallion - At the western end of the airstrip, just drift around in a large circle. No hard obstacles or guardrails to hit and it's easy once you get into a rhythm.
Got That Swagger - RS1800 - The DJS tune on this car is uncontrollable. The tires are like hockey pucks on ice. Almost impossible to maintain forward momentum while turning because the car will just spin into a 360 and come to a stop. In a bucket list challenge you can't utilize skill songs or a convoy to make this achievement easier. I finally got this done by travelling up and down the big highway, going back and forth across the median or veering off the sides of the road just enough to tag a sign, small tree, or similar obstacle. The score builds up gradually this way but the car keeps moving.
Squashed Banana - Loki Blazer - This was easy coming from the railroad track then going through the woods, north of the sign. I was only going about 140 MPH when I hit the banana sign and got the achievement.

+1 for the perfect spot. Drifting through those fields you don't even have to try to keep your combo going.

If you're having trouble with this one remember you can buy a skill song with your perks for 2x multiplier.
Also you can hire up to 4 AI drivers by sounding the horn
at them. With every AI driver in your group your multiplier will be x 0.5 more. with a max of times 8x.
Both tacticts about applied will give you a multiplier of 16x. Just go offroad and keep drifting, jumping, and wrecking bushes, and the achievement will be easy to get.

I got 400,000 on my last skill chain but the tracker was going up for a few smaller ones before so I don't think you need to get the whole 300,000 in one chain, despite the achievement description.

Swap the car to AWD and do up the handling, get you Convoy and goto the crops near Yarra Valley festival and carve it up, don't need a skill song but will be faster 40,000 points by 8x multiplier and boom :)

Step 1: Friend Don Joewon Song (This will allow you to do the next step and you can always unfriend later)
Step 2: Go to South Surfers Paradise Bucket list blueprint and select 'Drive the the KB Ford Escort RS1800'
Step 3: Go to the Dry Reservoir (the area between the Yarra Valley festival site and the airstrip)
Step 4: Drive fast and recklessly around the Dry Reservoir, once you reach 50,000 skill points stop, the 6.0X multiplier you got from performing so many different skills will bring it up to 300,000, earning you the achievement.

First, you will need the 1978 Hoonigan Ford Escort RS 1800 which is free. A good location for this achievement is here.
It will be a large piece of land with breakable trees, so you can get good speed and do drifts and wreckage combos. If you are still having problems, To help use the 'Skill Song' multiplier, and you need to get about 50,000 points and get your multiplier up to X6.
