you'll unlock this when you hit 60 medals. the quickest way I found doing this was by doing all the speed zones and speed cameras, and danger signs. hit 3 medals on all and should be yours in no time.

In order to unlock an S2-Class event, you need to get 60 medals. Here are the events you can earn medals in:

  • Bucket List
  • Circuit Race
  • Danger Sign
  • Drift Zone
  • Speed Trap
  • Speed Zone
  • Sprint Race
